DESCRIPTION:Join us Saturday\, May 24th for a healing mini-retreat of yoga & sound healing at Walsingham Park in Seminole\, FL. Connect with like-minded individuals\, ground in nature\, & flow in the wind! \n\n\n\nOur ZenHIKE Mini-Retreat includes trail walking under shady trees and yoga/sound bath in nature with Salena and Jenny as your guides! \n\n\n\nSPOTS ARE LIMITED.
